Team spirit

Mrs.Tekin entered the class and looked at the eyes of the twelve students who were teenagers ,15 years old and She felt disappointed because the students seemed like stolid , numb and reluctant to say just hello to their own new class teacher.Mrs. Tekin hid her displeasure and boosted her morale , said : “ Hello my new team “.The students looked at each other and made fun of her friendly attitude.First lesson was really irritating and awful experience for both teacher and students .But Mrs. Tekin was patient , idealist and problem solver educator.

She started to search the backgrounds of her students. She decided to visit them in their houses. She met their family and spent great time with their family at their home.Later, she invited them to her own house.She prepared delicious food and bevereages .The students shocked when the teacher served them , talked ,laughed and exchanged ideas friendly.Throughout the term, she arranged some events such as seeing movies , having picnic ,chess tournament at class etc. The students began trusting her teacher and sharing their secrets.Mrs. Tekin achieved creating a positive and friendly atmosphere among the students .Also , she were able to build a strong relationship between her own and students .Now they studied hard fort he lessons , organized social projects at school and fulfilled their responsibilities at home.Mrs. Tekin becomed insipirer ,motivator and life coach of her studenst..At last , they were a great team and encouraged each other to set new goals , be a global citizen and broaden their horizon.The main reason of this excellent team spirit and collaboration is super patience of their teacher, Mrs. Tekin.
